Ce que disent les critiques

Front desk staff are frequently praised for being friendly and helpful, with one manager even upgrading a room. However, many guests report the hotel is being used as a homeless shelter, leading to concerns about safety, cleanliness, and a diminished hotel experience with limited breakfast options.

À propos de ce lieu Chelmsford Inn

Chelmsford Inn is a mid-range hotel on Chelmsford Street in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, close to the junction of Route 3 and I-495. It's a mainstream hotel listed here as gay-friendly, not a gay venue. The location suits business in Lowell and the Route 128 tech belt, or an affordable base for drives into Boston, about 45 minutes away depending on traffic. Reviews average 3.9 on Google from around 600 ratings. There's no website on file, so call the front desk to confirm rates and parking.

I'm staying here as a homeless person placed as part of a program so understand I have no idea how this place is a an actual hotel or their rates.

To everyone saying they’re “housing addicts” yall are so beyond ignorant. You don’t have to be an addict to be homeless. It could happen to you tomorrow God forbid. I stayed at the shelter program for a few months in 2023 and I was not homeless due to addiction. When I was there, there were more people in the shelter who WERENT addicts rather than were. Get real. Stop judging people by appearance. The hotel staff themselves like front desk and breakfast people were always so kind. And CTI got me housed pretty quickly. I am forever grateful.
