Chelmsford Inn
Front desk staff are frequently praised for being friendly and helpful, with one manager even upgrading a room. However, many guests report the hotel is being used as a homeless shelter, leading to concerns about safety, cleanliness, and a diminished hotel experience with limited breakfast options.

It is mostly homeless people
I'm staying here as a homeless person placed as part of a program so understand I have no idea how this place is a an actual hotel or their rates.
Nice atmosphere, great lobby. Building itself seems old but remodeled well
DO NOT STAY!!!
To everyone saying they’re “housing addicts” yall are so beyond ignorant. You don’t have to be an addict to be homeless. It could happen to you tomorrow God forbid. I stayed at the shelter program for a few months in 2023 and I was not homeless due to addiction. When I was there, there were more people in the shelter who WERENT addicts rather than were. Get real. Stop judging people by appearance. The hotel staff themselves like front desk and breakfast people were always so kind. And CTI got me housed pretty quickly. I am forever grateful.
