If I could leave zero stars I would. Planned power outage without telling guests. Displaced for hours. No power. No air conditioning. Elevators out of order. Food in refrigerator spoiled. Staff gave zero compensation, instead shut down breakfast and beverages. No room cleaning service or clean towels/garbage. Horrible experience. Here for a conference and were unable to get ready at hotel. Child with heart condition unable to charge necessary watch to monitor heart rate. Complete disaster. Elderly stranded in lobby due to disabilities and inability to climb stairs. I can’t believe Hilton backs this location. Need to be dropped immediately.
Hopefully you don’t need to use the laundry facilities when staying here. The machine wants a ten dollar minimum and the wash is 3 dollars per load. So I wash once and you get ten dollars for it ? I’ll never use this washing app that’s on these machines outside of here so that other seven dollars is just gone for free now. The hotel is expensive enough. Laundry should be 2 dollars a load and they should take coins !
The good: I got to the hotel early a little after 1 pm and they let me check-in early. The man who checked me in was extremely nice. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The bad: they say they have free breakfast at 7am on weekends and was a reason I picked this hotel so I wouldnt have to go and get breakfast before my sons Basketball tournaments. Unfortunately that did not live up to what they advertised. All they had was cereal and waffles you have to make without syrup or anything to put on it. Also apples and oranges. No bagels or eggs or anything you would normally get from a breakfast. If you are going to advertise a rise and sign breakfast maybe actually have a breakfast. On that alone I probably wouldnt stay here again if you are expecting to not have to go out and get breakfast to start your day The ugly: do not use the elevator! Got stuck going up to my room before checkout to see if we left anything. Guess it happens alot because when it opened the front desk lady was like this is what you do if you get stuck again!😬
Stayed the 20th of May till the 22nd . Lady at the front desk was great and ace was brand new
👍🏻😎awesome
From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference. THE GYM IS AHHHHMAZING!!! The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the full kitchenette — having a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishes made it so convenient, whether for quick breakfasts or late-night snacks. The layout felt modern and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for a longer stay. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the common areas were well maintained and inviting. It’s clear that comfort and practicality are a priority here. Overall, Home2 Suites is a fantastic option whether you’re traveling for business, relocating, or just need a comfortable extended stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
