I'd love to give this a couple more stars. Rooms were quiet, location was good, price was decent. AC worked, towels were actually provided, and the coffee pot made coffee. More than you get in some budget hotels. Then I got up at four in the morning to take a shower and saw two roaches in the bathroom. And they weren't running away to hide. They seemed quite comfortable with the lights on and me standing there. And you know how roaches are, if you can see one there are a million more that you don't see. So, if you're desperate and don't have a lot of money, maybe take the risk. But if you can afford anywhere else, then go anywhere else.

There are no words to describe the horrible experience my daughter and her friend had at this hotel. Upon checking into their room, they were horrified to see bed bugs on the bed, pubic hairs on the towels and filth everywhere. It was so bad that they got the courage to request a refund and leave. They were so upset by the situation that my daughter forgot to grab her clothes that she had put in the closet. She called them to let them know and they told her to “check back tomorrow” and we’ll set them aside for you. The next day, they went back and were told that they didn’t have the clothes. The girl at the desk was bitter and rude to her and told her, “Well if they were so important, you shouldn’t have left them.” She told her she would take her name and have the manager call her. She was given the absolute run around and felt like they were mad because she asked for a refund. The ROOM WAS DISGUSTING!! To make a bad situation worse, someone stole, or threw away, her clothes, some of which were sentimental and meaningful to her. What a horrible experience! Awful customer service, terrible cleaning, the list just goes on and on.

The hotel itself is not clean. The odor of stale smoke and other sents in the hallway seep in your room as well. Be aware that they attempt to charge you $60 per day. Its not advertised on the website nor on any documents other then a sign on the wall. The owners need to invest in their hotel...painting the walls, cleaning the rugs and getting the smell out of their facility.

Great location had an outdoor pool that we enjoyed. Rooms were just okay but we were in town for a quick event, not a horrible place to rest for the night.

Yes this was a great stay. The entry and the hallway had not been updated. The rooms they did a great job to say it was a nice surprise.

Entire place was filled with cigarette smoke the beds were moldy and the tub was full of hair. Also as I was walking up the stairs into my room a random man across the way told me and I quote “hey man you better lock your door tonight” so we just immediately left and canceled our room… highly disappointed

I first got here I couldnt open my door I had the wrong room number and the associate my a smart ass remark because I didn't understand what room when she told me! Not good service !

Booked online through Booking.com where it said pets allowed, included my pet information in the special requests. Super 8 confirmed this booking and sent me a welcome message. After arriving, they told me they had a no-cat policy and that the issue was because I booked through a 3rd party site and they didn’t see the special request. But when she showed me her screen I could clearly see my message about the cat. When I pointed this out, they doubled down and refused to take any blame for approving my booking without seeing my message.

This Super 8 location is one of the worst I've ever been too. Now, the location/area itself is awesome. Food, shopping, parks, Coors Field literally all seconds/minutes near by. The homeless people around the area, some of the guest that stay at this location, the office people, are all sketchy & horrible. The rooms are big. But our bathroom sink was broken & water was coming from it, and we tried getting extra towels from the office but we were told no because the cleaning ladies were done for the day. Seriously? So no one but cleaning ladies have a key to that closet??? The broken front door that looks like someone threw a rock or maybe even fired a shot at it omg! The parking lot is small especially when the blocked off a whole front row section of it for no reason. I can go on & on, but I'll stop here. I will never stay at this location ever again! And I wish I could leave a -star review.
