10/10 the beverage manager cares about her job soooo much

I recently stayed at Hotel Savoy Kansas City, Tapestry Collection, for a long weekend and had a memorable experience. We booked a corner suite, which was quite spacious and stylish. Although the room initially appeared not to have been vacuumed, the front desk promptly addressed the issue and sent staff to resolve it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's charm is evident, with its vintage elements like a tiled entrance and exposed brick throughout the lobby, evoking a Great Gatsby vibe. We also enjoyed meals at the onsite restaurant, which added to our overall experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the blend of comfort and charm. I look forward to returning to Hotel Savoy the next time I visit the Kansas City area. Highly recommended!

I had a really disappointing experience with customer service here. I simply asked to taste a wine before committing to a full glass; something that’s a pretty standard request. My request was met with unnecessary attitude from the bartender. As someone who travels often, I expect a baseline level of professionalism and respect, especially from a brand like Hilton. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short. Hospitality should feel welcoming to everyone, and that wasn’t the case here. I hope management takes this seriously and invests in better customer service training, because no guest should feel uncomfortable or dismissed when simply trying to enjoy their experience.

Honestly so surprised, my (newly) wed fiancée and I have been long patrons of Savoy, even had a good friend have their rehearsal dinner here… so great so we booked our wedding night here. Wow has this place gone down hill, service is trash… especially from front desk Kiara… and when asked about it… it was a “I hear you and nothing we can do” when she was the one giving terrible service. So so disgusting when Kansas City can’t ever take care of its own. A literal joke..: don’t stay here for any night out

Rude staff doesn’t know how to mind there own business

Your beverage manager needs to have a crash course or two about the chain of command in your hotel and she also needs to have a crash course on manners because if you’re a beverage manager stay in a beverage manager’s place and don’t interrupt the photo shoot of somebody that had gotten permission prior to taking in photos and y’all are lucky that you’re establishment does not have a TikTok account. Otherwise there would be a lot more comments than just my review. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and the rest of it stuff but clearly that lady needs a big reality check and needs to learn how to check in with the rest of the staff before assuming that a group of ladies would just be taking photos without permission for no reason after being told that they had gotten permission. It’s ridiculous.

Front desk was very helpful. But they have Wifi problems in my room at least they said they don't know why it's doing that. The live TV doesn't work right either all the channels say title not found so you dont know what's on untill you click it on. And the in-room fridge is a ECO fridge so it's warm making it useless the front desk guy said if you put something in it it cools it but it's been in there a few hours and it's still hot in the fridge so who knows if it actually works or not.

Great customer service from MJ and the hotel smells amazing. Wish they could sell that frgrance. I sure would buy it. Cute fitness center. I would stay again.

Incredibly friendly staff and beautiful rooms! Could not be happier with my stay. I felt truly welcomed and taken care of the entire time! I will definitely recommend the Hotel Savoy to anyone looking for a 5 star experience in the Kansas City Area!
