No Vacancy is stunning! Studio 5 was a vibe the tub sealed the deal and the bed was a dream to sleep. Everything perfectly placed and thought out completely in awe of this magical spot. I look forward to my next stay. Such a beautiful Gem in KC

The room was beautiful and very clean. It's in a perfect location and we loved the lounge downstairs and the courtyard too! Communication was excellent. My only suggestion would be a small white noise machine in the room. The noise from the street was really loud and our phones died playing sounds (not having the right charger is on us). We will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us!

This place is awesome, they go the extra step to make it a very special experience. Its eclectic and feels like a secret treasure, and the staff is so welcoming and professional and want to insure you have an amazing time. The road trip Playlist was also a really special touch. Really great time.

Such an amazing hotel! It's in a great location, absolutely beautiful inside, and each room is unique. This is the only place I'll stay when visiting KC!

Checked in to the prettiest room yesterday. Though it quickly turned into a nightmare when the rave in the club below began, and didn’t end until 1am. I am currently trying to check out but they will NOT refund my money. The hot water in the faucet does not work, just the cold side, slightly more than a drip at best. When I told them this they said “yes but the cold side works”. They could care less about the customer. I have never written a negative review, I can put up with quite a lot! I unfortunately cannot attach the videos I have of my room shaking from the Music through the night!

Awesome space and easy to manage

We rented all 8 rooms for a birthday celebration weekend and it was perfect. All of the rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The common area lounge and courtyard are amazing and was the perfect place for our guests to hang day and night. If you’re looking for a unique, trendy upscale vibe, this is the spot.

The decor is genuinely lovely, and you can tell someone put real thought into the space. The music from downstairs vibrates the furniture, making it an ideal destination for the non-sleeping guest. The broken window with a towel stuffed into it provides a sense of authenticity. They did, however, send a very welcoming email.

The room was gorgeous and the tub was the highlight. Incredibly romantic and comfortable. All the little details from the bath salts, unique fixtures, lighting and the windows created a vibe hard to put into words.

I am simply reiterating my husband's review. It was highly disappointing to not have a resolution for our HVAC issue, especially since they knew it was our **wedding weekend.** Although the owner/representative claims they sent staff multiple times to check on the issue, the texts we received only ever indicated that they would send someone - they never communicated when someone came by the room or what the result of those visits were. The clear conclusion we drew was that no one ever came. Even if they did, staff did not communicate to us the conclusion that the problem would not be able to be resolved during our stay (which again, included our wedding night). Instead, we had to find out for ourselves at 2:00 am that the issue had not been resolved when we messaged them after returning to the room and found the split unit still non-functional. Honestly, considering the bartender who helped us mentioned "a part wouldn't arrive in time" - this insinuates that staff knew the issue would not be able to be resolved in a timely fashion, and rather than being transparent with their guests, they chose to hide behind false courtesies and platitudes. Either way, the fact that they did not proactively give us a fair warning, turn on the space heater before we got back that night, or leave extra blankets, is, at the very least, a major oversight on their part. Any of these steps, particularly more effective communication, would have been minor steps that could have had a greater result in mitigating the situation. We should not have had to bother the bar staff for this, and frankly we were lucky a person was still there in the bar as the hotel itself is unstaffed. While they did offer a future discounted stay, this is irrelevant to us - and we felt that expressing this to their team should have led to a more agreeable resolution between both parties. Instead, their response was to just state that they will use our feedback to continue to improve the guest experience. I hope they do, but at this point, my impression is that this is a business that already has our money, and so no longer cares about our experience.

Woof, this place is lipstick on a pig. Room quality is very low, the towels were tiny and rough, the "blackout" curtains don't even go to the sides of the windows so they let in a ton of city light, and we didn't have a working AC or heat the entire weekend, despite requesting assistance Friday night when we arrived, and twice on Saturday. The kept saying they would take care of it, but never did. It got down into the 30s on Saturday night, and the only person who was helpful was a bartender at Le Lounge who got us some extra blankets and a space heater at 2am because it was below 60° in the room. Would never recommend this place. Could have stayed at the Crossroads Hotel for a better experience and a better price. Really regretting this choice.

I love staying at No Vacancy! I travel for work and don’t need a lot of extra amenities. This is like staying in a cozy apartment within walking distance of my office. The management communicates well and is dedicated to ensuring your stay exceeds your expectations! I’ve stayed a half dozen times and always try out a different suite—all with their own fun twist in decor but the same reliable comfort. Highly recommend.
