Blue Chip Casino Hotel Spa

Came from metro detroit area for business and will be bringing my wife back for sure.

Stayed here for 2 nights June 6th &7th for our anniversary, we were in the old tower on first floor, the rooms recently remodeled, so everything was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great just a 2 min walk to the gaming floor, mini fridge was in the room but no microwave, we had no issues and would stay here again

Event staff are very nonchalant and unprofessional Event was understaffed with such a small audience Drinks are expensive and minimal spirits It’s to damn bad because the paid entertainment was very good Will not waste my time and money to visit the establishment again

I was not pleased with the overall staffing. They were inconsistent with communication, honesty, and willingness to uphold the morals of their company. When I asked for the manager I was told that he was not in multiple times and then finally he came down and I was told that they “forgot” he was in. The casino manager was the only person I was pleased with. Everyone else was confused on company guidelines and more concerned about person opinions of staff members on whether they like a shirt or not. It was not fair to be lied to or discriminated against and removed from the casino because a staff member didn’t like the shirt. He had no other clothes and the casino manager was fine with letting him back in but the security guard decided that he didn’t want him to come in even after he explained that the shirt was no problem.

Outdated rooms and decor...its ok. Definitely not worth the "suggested" room price of $500 per night. Maybe closer to $100.

This was our first experience at this casino. It was very large and clean. There was a huge selection of games to choose from including cards and other games. The bartender was ok but she didn't seem to have much of a personality. I would definitely come back to this casino in the future
