Amazing cute little cabins, but just way to over priced. Especially the area and food.

The cabin and staff were great. Everything was perfect except the restaurant food that was delivered. The food was less than par, but no fault of Serenity Spring. The service, the chocolate covered strawberries and cheese cake, blue muffins and fruit basket was a very big surprise. Everything was delicious and delivered right to the cabin. We will be going back again this season. Thank you for a great weekend!!

This was a great place for a romantic getaway! It was within driving distance from Indy and there was plenty to do once we got there - both on site and in Michigan City, which is only a few minutes away. The cabins are very nice and the butler pantry for made for nice surprises throughout the day. We definitely recommend Serenity Springs!

We rented the butterfly cabin for New Year’s Eve and it was beautiful. This was our first time here and we’ll definitely return again. The cabin was very clean and they decorated it for us for the New Year’s package. We could not hear the highway noise at all. The butler box was very convenient also. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and unforgettable.

My wife and I came here back in July to celebrate our one year anniversary of being married and we stayed in the Sunset cabin and it was well worth it and we had the rose petal package included, and my wife loved it. The Butler box was our best friend and we loved the treats that were brought to us. We will definitely be returning soon.

We stayed in the Paris cabin and we enjoyed it. The service and cabin were great however there are some things that need to change to be amazing and listed in order of most importance. 1. More dining delivery options than an overpriced pizza joint that charges 30$ for a medium pizza 2. the bagged coffee was disgusting, tasted stale and gross, just give people the name brand or a Keurig to make or don't provide 3. TV situation..I know folks are there to connect but the TV/cable is ridiculous to figure out and terrible signal and fuzzy. Wifi needed! We will probably be back but I'd be willing to pay even more if these were fixed. But overall ok place and we enjoyed our stay! I'd give it a 6/10

Buckle up for my honest, condensed review of our stay. I had to trim it down, my first review was too wordy for Google. Here's the good, we were impressed with the cabin itself. Small and private. All the amenities we needed or wanted including a fridge (which had some apple juice, orange juice and 7-UP), microwave, king bed, reclining couch, massage chair (which we loved) and sunken spa tub. There was an electric fireplace with a TV over it, as well as a back porch with a fire pit and gas grill. The cabin also had heated floors, which was a nice touch. Furthermore, they left a personalize welcome card, along with a balloon and some Hershey kisses. The butler box was a neat idea and throughout the evening we were greeted with deserts, snacks and other things we requested and it was nice to just look up, see the red light, and know something awaited us, without opening the door and spoiling the privacy of the evening. The bed was super nice. As mentioned, it was a king bed and was very comfortable. We did ask for extra pillows, which they provided. Here's the annoying, the ceiling fan switch either had a short in it or some other issue. The fan would not come on until I jiggled the switch, at which point it came on, but was on low so not moving much air, and it wobbled. It is high up in a peaked ceiling, so no pulling the chain to make it go faster either. We did run into staff as we were leaving to go to the store. We are hot sleepers and wanted a fan and were just going to buy one, but staff was nice enough to offer us a floor fan. The first one they brought was broke, but they replaced it quickly. The headboard lights did not work, which wasn't a deal breaker. Again, just an annoyance. Other things included the speakers for the TV cutting out when turning on the massage chair, the back doors not locking (although they do provide sticks to lay in the tracks to keep the doors from opening), shortage of plugs/USB ports in the room (they did provide an extension cord when asked that helped with my CPAP machine) and light switches that seemingly did nothing. Our tub, did have some stains in it, as others have noted, and there was some rust on the jets. The controls were pretty well marked, however the buttons were worn on the main jets control so bad that we couldn't tell what they were or what they did. It took awhile for it to fill, and they put a limiter on the hot water so you need to make sure to turn off the cold water occasionally as you fill it so the water is hot enough. You also have to make sure the water is above all the jets or they will not come on. The floor in the cabin looked to be plank/Pergo type that resembled wood flooring. You could see the flooring was starting to warp in places. I see some other cabins have tile flooring. Maybe they realized the error of their ways and are slowly replacing the flooring with tile in the cabins. The TV is hard to watch. It appears they use satellite signal, but it is poor. The picture is grainy, some stations worse than others. And at one point the signal stopped altogether. There is no wifi, cell phone signal works fine, so you do have access to the internet. For what you pay for the cabin a night, it just feels a bit cheap to have crappy TV signal and no internet. If you want to order food, they offer you expensive pizza. You CAN order Doordash/Grubhub or other delivery service, but they require that it be delivered to the main office and they will bring it to you. Others have mentioned road noise. There is a freeway that runs right next it. We didn't really hear the road noise, but then our cabin was not right next to the freeway. I find it to be a bit overpriced for what it is. They do try to make up for it with little extras. Some mentioned dirty cabins, bugs, leaking tub/pipes, etc. I should note that we did not encounter any of that. YMMV. All-in-all, the trip was about reconnecting and enjoying time together and we did just that and it was nice. Would I pay what I paid to stay here again? Probably not.

We cherish our time here together to disconnect and focus on us. They have thought of everything to make this our most favorite trip of the year.

My wife and I love it there this was our 2nd time everything and everyone was great! The next time we visit serenity springs it will be in better weather conditions so we can walk our dog more and enjoy all it has to offer,.otherwise I would recommend for all others to go and just enjoy a quite romantic couple days with the love of your life 😊

The office manager is very rude and has no customer service skills at all and needs to be fired! She likes to sit there and argue about anything and is overall super rude and unprofessional it just makes you uncomfortable and not wanting you to give them service again.
