If you care about cleanliness, avoid this place. The hotel is filthy. Our sheets and pillowcases were stained, and there was hair all over the bed under the sheets. There’s dust buildup by the curtains, a foul-smelling coffee maker, and a dirty pool that isn't even heated like they claim. The only saving grace is the 4-minute walk to the beach, but literally everything else is terrible. Not worth it at all.

Seems like it would be a nice hotel for the price point. Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay. I booked this through Airbnb and was trying to communicate and change the dates of my reservation through Airbnb but they don’t answer the phone I tried at least 10 times and they don’t check their Airbnb messages. I ended up just going in person and my experience with the front desk person was so off putting, rude, and crazy that I just left and got another hotel. The Airbnb customer service man who was on the phone with me (and the front desk man who took over my phone and conversation) called me back after I left to make sure I was alright. Whoever owns this hotel needs to make some changes. Multiple reviews say they never answer the phone. And also learn how to use and communicate with Airbnb if you’re going to put your hotel on there.

Convenient location without hubris. Largish rooms with microwave and mini fridge. Spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub. Uncarpeted, bring house slippers. Decent wall mounted AC. Samsung Flat screen with cable. Free wifi. Cheapest rate for pets anywhere. Free parking garage.

Stayed here two nights. Let me start with how perfect the location was. So close to the beach and not having to deal with finding parking out on the street and then paying to park the car made our stay worth it. However I do have to address the room situation so if you’re looking to stay there you know what to expect. The room looked nothing like what was advertised online. The picture online looked like a nicely renovated room with a huge walk in shower. That was not the case. First thing I noticed was the smell of mold in the room, secondly it was not renovated and of course the shower was a huge old tub peeling from the drain area. The bathroom door did not stay closed, the handle was broken. The bathroom faucet was also broken, the width of the water coming out was smaller than a pencil width. There was two shower heads but only one worked. The towels were super scratchy but clean. There was mold spots on the bathroom wall. The light switch for the light around the mirror in the bathroom was broken. The mini fridge wouldn’t cool nothing down. I don’t even know if it was on. WiFi didn’t work either. The bed was pretty comfortable tho. There was also some house centipedes that got into my clothes that I had put in the dresser. Nice thing was that they lend you stuff to use at the beach which is only a block away. They have umbrellas, boogie boards, towels and chairs at no extra cost. But we had to wait a long time for the employees to show up to the front desk. They were always gone. However out of all this mess the one thing that really bugged me was that we weren’t told was that housekeeping was going to enter our room when we weren’t there. I thought they had to warn you about stuff like that or not go in at all. We were gone for a couple of hours and when we walked back into our room I noticed the bed was nicely made and trash was taken out. But we had personal stuff laying around, like credit cards and IDs. Would I stay there again, if the price is right yes and I’ll know to tell them not to let housekeeping in when we’re gone and hopefully get a better room. It was just very close to a lot of stuff especially the beautiful beach.
