Hôtel Margaritaville Nashville

I booked the rooms through conference I was going to using on peak and they booked the wrong dates then they said I needed to call the hotel to change the dates. I called the hotel they changed the dates and sent me a confirmation email. Then later they changed them back and gave my room away cuz I was a no-show.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our first impression was not a good one. Upon arrival, the valet experience was very disappointing. We were new to both the area and the hotel, so a simple greeting, some basic directions, or even an offer to help would have gone a long way. Instead, the valet attendant barely acknowledged us, stayed seated at his desk, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting. For a valet service that costs $65 per night, I expected a much more professional experience. I had to approach him myself and ask how the valet process worked. His response was simply to give him my phone number so he could send me a text. After completing everything on my own, I asked what the next step was, and he looked annoyed before telling me to hand over my keys. There was no explanation, no welcome, and no effort to make us feel comfortable. Honestly, I was so uneasy with the interaction that I had to ask the front desk if he actually worked there before leaving my vehicle with him. Don’t expect assistance unloading your vehicle or help getting a luggage cart either. That seemed completely out of the question. The front desk experience was mixed. The gentleman in the black suit on the left was not helpful at all and made it clear he wasn’t interested in answering questions. However, the lady who checked us in was wonderful. She provided our wristbands, answered our questions, and made us feel welcome. Another employee with glasses was also very helpful and friendly. The room itself was great, and the view was beautiful. The hotel’s location was fantastic and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. Interestingly, every staff member we encountered above the first floor was kind, friendly, and professional. I don’t know why the first-floor staff seemed to have such an attitude because they are the first people guests encounter, and first impressions matter. Checkout was a completely different experience. I’m not sure what changed, but everyone was much friendlier. The front desk staff smiled, thanked us for staying, and seemed genuinely willing to help. Dominic, who brought our car around, was excellent—professional, courteous, and friendly. Another valet greeted us as we exited, informed us our vehicle was on the way, and even explained that they would help load our car. I only wish we had received that level of service when we arrived. Overall, the room, location, and many of the staff members were excellent. Unfortunately, the poor arrival experience and lack of professionalism from some first-floor employees left a lasting negative impression. With better customer service at the front entrance and valet area, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

Great location and staff! Clean and comfortable rooms. Terrific bar/restaurants in house! Friendly, helpful staff take great care of all of your needs! Great local information and close to some of the world's best food and entertainment!

Check in was quick but when I went to go add my husband to the reservation there were three people at the check-in counter and only one was attending guests in line and it was a very long wait. We arrived the room and are very excited about winding down after a long drive and upon opening the door there is someone working on the shower in the bathroom. I don't understand why it wasn't communicated to us that someone was currently in the room working on it when we checked in. To make up for that they gave us a $50 voucher to the jwb grill. When we went to use the voucher the systems were down and we couldn't even eat in the grill, but they allowed us to use it at the Finn's bar near the pool. We don't require housekeeperrooming everyday but when we did ask for it we were expecting a new set of towels and we only got new bath towels and hand towels, No new washcloths, which is what we really wanted. Also, we didnt have a bath mat so we used a towel on the floor. House keeping should be more consistent Lastly, there were about 40 people in line waiting for the pool to open at 10am. Several guests called the front desk, walked to the front desk to get someone to open the door, but we waited for over 20 minutes. I would not stay here again.

Centrally located. Starbucks on site. Swimming pool for guests with a bar. Rooms comfortable.
