Drury Inn & Suites Greensboro

The staff were very nice and helpful it was a very pleasant place to stay

They are going through much needed renovations. Its going to be fresh and nice.

From the check-in from Tyrone (AMAZING BTW), to the hot tub, the food, the drinks, the wonderful and comfortable accommodations…WE LOVE DRURY INN!

Clean with great value and a very friendly staff. Complimentary dinner buffet with 2 alcoholic drinks included. Continental breakfast too! It was all we needed for our stay, no fuss.

Loved the pools, service and convenience. Breakfast, popcorn and surprisingly great selection for the kickback dinner. I would give it a ten out of ten despite construction. The entire staff was incredible.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and approachable. I had several great conversations with staff and they were very helpful. The free breakfast, dinner, and adult beverages were appreciated. However, they are doing construction. So the floors in the hallways and common area were covered in debris and stains. The parking lot is littered with so much trash. Upon arrival, I parked in something that looked like shattered glass and cigarette butts. I’m glad I didn’t get a flat tire because this was just a one night stay on our way to a longer vacation. Our room had a musty smell, like I was staying in a cabin. It hasn’t been updated yet, so there were stains in the toilet, bath tub and sink. My daughter swam in the pool twice and had a chemical burn in the outline of her swimsuit the next day— after showering immediately after swimming both times. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until renovations are completed or until it is kept up with properly.

I normally absolutely love Drury Inn hotels. This one is terrible. They should not even be open during the construction. The noise level early in the morning due to construction is horrendous. They should have temporarily closed until construction was done. I’m traveling and stopped to get some good rest and sleep in a bit before I got back on the road for another 10 hours but that didn’t happen. I also went down for breakfast because I thought it was over at 10. I got down there at 9:45. All the food was still out. I went to make a plate to bring back up to my room but an employee told me that he was closed. He then asked me was it my last day and I told him yes. He told me oh well I’m sorry. Would not recommend.

The staff at this location were fantastic. They were so kind and helpful. The facilities, however, were not up to par. They are currently going through renovation, which was not communicated with us prior. Our window was in a construction area and we woke up to the noises of the equipment. Because of the renovation, they have limited rooms that are not being taken care of well. When we entered our room, there was a urine odor and the floors were unswept. I didn't want to take my shoes off because the carpet was gross. The showers were stained and dirty; we didn't use them because they looked gross. I honestly will not stay at this location again and may not try a Drury Inn again because of this experience with the facilities, especially after paying several hundred dollars to stay here.

This is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We book here whenever we are in town. The staff is absolutely amazing. The only downside this stay was the renovations going on right outside of our room. I highly recommend Drury Hotels for your stay.
