个 Drury Inn & Suites Greensboro Check-out is at 11am. At 10:47 am, housekeeping knocked, I yelled, "Someone is still in here!!!" I know they had to hear it as my voice projects very well and when I say that believe me, it's loud. Even so, they used their master keycard and entered anyway. The do not disturb door tag was also hanging on th knob outside. I had the door security guard but the flap wasn't all the way closed. They walked away and didn't even apologize!!! I was in the middle of changing out of my PJs. After all that....at 8:25 pm, all the general manager, Rissa can say is that they did their job but I will apologize, sorry... what if it was a male housekeeper that entered...probably going to say that they did their job too! The apology would've been acceptable if it had come from the housekeeper who entered... not someone else apologizing for them 9+ hours later and arguing with the guest while apologizing. While, we're at it...window AC blows out a musty smell, gnats in the room, microwave buttons were sticky. Clearly, housekeeping didn't do a very good job but entering when the sign was out, yelling, and walking away without apologizing was the last straw. They advertise hot food, it's canned chili, canned vegetable medley, canned baked beans and that's dinner for you. The only thing fresh is the spring mix as a side. Hot dogs, nacho cheese, and tortilla chips are fine.

There has to be better places than this. The air-conditioning turns off at night because they are motion activated. The kick back food yesterday was take out pizza and tonight was hotdogs and beef bbq sliders that looked like lunchroom food. I was a few minutes late and the lady that was still at the bar would give me my "free" drink. It would have taken her 2 seconds but she taught me a lesson. Dont be late! And don't stay here! Oh, yesterday the pool closed right after we got downstairs because someone did something nasty in the water. I don't know what it was. It's an accident but all these things have made a poor stay.
