My first po boy - and it was so good! Staff was super friendly and attentive too. Thanks!!
Mr. Ed ain’t horsing around when it comes to those debris fries. PoBoy’s are on point too. Go on and get you some debris fries and make your stomach happy.
I really like the food and the vibe
The food was amazing and reasonably priced
I had the po bo, seafood gumbo & cornbread— stayed in NOLA for the weekend & had the catfish from Pier 424 seafood Market place & House of Buns but this spot was the best. The fish was perfectly cut and the bread was soft. Momma Dee deserves a raise.
The snapper & shrimp po boys as well as the jambalaya were all delicious. Bartender and rest of staff were very friendly.
There are multiple Mr. Ed's in the French Quarter. Didn't realize this is a local chain until later. The menu looked promising om an earlier night at another location. Ended up here, and was happy we did. Lovely waitress - super friendly and kind. And loved the dry, old school NY bbartender. Solid New Orleans creole comfort food. Jambalaya and catfish and po boys. Reasonable prices and tasty. Will be back!
