The service here was very good, the front desk girl was super kind and went over the amenities well, did not get her name but we stayed there 5/27-5/28 and got in at around 11pm and she was very nice. The rooms were clean and kept together, truly the only complaint I had was that the bathroom was small. When opening the door it almost hits the toilet due to how compacted the bathroom is. Otherwise it was a very nice stay and I love that they allowed us to bring our dog. Overall I would recommend this place to others as it is a great location and around plenty of things to do. The breakfast was pretty good too, loved the biscuits and gravy.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We were in town for a basketball tournament and requested a late checkout both online and again in person ahead of time. We were fully aware there could be additional fees and had no issue paying them. What was frustrating was the staff continuously telling us “no” without ever giving a real explanation. The parking lot was practically empty on a Sunday morning, no one appeared to be checking in, and there was never any valid reason provided as to why accommodations couldn’t be made. The situation became even more unprofessional when staff began harassing us while we were actively packing our belongings. Someone even came to the room yelling my brother-in-law’s last name down the hallway as if we were refusing to leave or laying around ignoring checkout. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely disrespectful. I’ve stayed with Wyndham properties before and normally have good experiences, which made this even more disappointing. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking here. This was a horrible experience from start to finish, and unfortunately not a hotel I would recommend to families traveling for tournaments or events.

This place is janky. Curtains are torn like a cat ripped them, coffee pot dirty looks like it’s never been cleaned and no vending machines. Of course pool was closed till Memorial Day. Bed side lamp didn’t work and bed hard not comfy.

Room was comfortable but a bit run down.

Nice hotel, my only complaint is that at check-in the young man behind the counter hassled me about a small chip in my driver’s license. He said it wasn’t valid, I said it was, and that was the end of it. Just hit me wrong after a long day of driving.
