LGBT Center of Raleigh

The LGBT Center of Raleigh is the city's primary LGBTQ+ community center and the driving force behind Out! Raleigh Pride, downtown Raleigh's annual street festival on Fayetteville Street. In December 2025 the Center opened a new permanent home at 128 E Cabarrus St in the heart of downtown, expanding its drop-in hours and program space. It runs more than twenty programs, including a Transgender Initiative, youth and senior groups, support meetings, HIV testing referrals, a lending library, and crisis resources, and serves as a hub for volunteers and community organizing across the Research Triangle.
