Don’t do it! Pool closes at 8. Ice machine is broken. Room 200 has a noisy A//C, broken floor boards and the food available is air fryer food. Keep looking elsewhere. I’m glad I brought my gun!

Awesome staff working the morning shift today! She was kind and extremely helpful without hesitation! The only reason for location being 3 was because of the construction and only being able to turn right when leaving and having to make you turns through construction. And the room was beautiful and had cute retro style, but bathroom was a bit musty, and leaked water which is why im sure it wasn't the most pleasant feel or smell. Other then that, the entire resort is beautiful and ill definitely be back!

We stayed for the weekend of Father’s Day starting on Friday the 19th. The room smelled clean and upon first view looked clean. The bed linens and towels were clean. Bathroom appeared clean. Hard to tell about hairs in the shower as the floor was black river stone. No toilet paper holder though which I found weird. Upon closer inspection though, the floor was not swept or mopped. It was filthy. Even so much when we pulled the bed away to get my son’s bottle that fell under it, there was a dead roach and what appeared to be a black burnt end of a smoke. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff upon checkout (only at checkout because we didn’t notice until the night before we left). However the retro feel of the room was the best part for me. From the entrance to the little details. They did a good job designing the place. The staff was super friendly. Morning 1 of our stay we visited the lobby to ensure a room refresh would take place (new towels and bottles of the shampoo/conditioner). They ensured me it would but when we arrived back to the room at 930pm, we only had one towel. I called the front desk and they were so nice about it. Brought up as many towels and such that we needed. It was refreshing to see the service match the vibe. We would probably stay again, but please sweep the entire floor in each room and mop. (I will leave the bug picture out because it grosses me out, but if the establishment would like it please reach out to request).

The staff is exceptional! Our room was perfect for our little family. We have a service animal and the back patio opens to a large grass area by the pool.

Unfortunately had to check out early due to the cockroach infestation in our room (101). Notified the staff and gave them an opportunity to cure the issue, but was met with inaction. Currently staying at the Hyatt, which isn’t much further or more expensive, and the difference in cleanliness is night and day. I prefer local businesses, but this resort doesn’t have the bandwidth to ensure rooms are clean. Please see the attached photos of the filth.

I highly recommend this hotel! The price is excellent for what they offer, the room was spacious and SUPER clean! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great! We loved the design and having the Bahi Hut next door was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool as well as the spacious room. My girlfriend says it's her favorite hotel we've ever stayed in. Thanks!

We have been visiting for the past two years and have always enjoyed our stays. The pool is phenomenal, the rooms are comfortable and updated, and we consistently have a great time here. Unfortunately, during this visit, we had a disappointing experience at the front desk with Sandy. Some items were accidentally left at the pool and had been placed in the lost-and-found storage area. When two members of our party inquired about them, we were told the items were not there. While I understand that leaving belongings behind was our responsibility, it would have taken only a moment to verify whether the items had been turned in. What was most frustrating was the dismissive attitude we encountered when it became clear the information provided was incorrect. Customer service plays a vital role at the front desk, and a more helpful and courteous approach would have made a significant difference. Despite this experience, we still enjoy the property and hope future interactions better reflect the quality of the resort.

The worst experience of my life happened yesterday afternoon at that place. I made an online reservation through a website called Agoda, which claimed to be pet-friendly. I was traveling with my 3-pound Yorkie. From the moment I arrived to check in, they tried to charge me extra because check-in was at 3:30 PM, and I had seen on the website that check-in was at 1:30 PM. When they told me they didn't accept dogs, I explained that I had chosen that place precisely because it was pet-friendly. Well, they kicked us out and still charged me a $150 deposit, which they haven't returned. The person in charge treated me like dirt and threw me out when I asked for my $150 back because I had already lost $250 of the reservation, which they weren't going to refund. In the end, they called the police on me. I was never rude; I'm a professional, not some lowlife. I felt discriminated against, I felt offended; it was a very traumatic experience. Never in my life have I been treated so badly. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to that place. Even the police officer told me we should leave because it's not a safe area, speaking of the neighborhood.

The front desk staff was amazing and helpful! Cool bar, nice pool.
