Solid normal motel. Free limited breakfast. Laundry, but no dry cleaners offered. No bar. Fairly safe neighborhood.

Probably the friendliest hotel staff of any hotels I've stayed.

We didn't have a problem with anything at the hotel. It was clean. And it was very close to the cruise port so it was a great location for us.

Ines at the front desk was probably the friendliest hotel person I have ever met. She was so informative and sweet. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Ines so everything!

My Reason for only a 3 star rating is first off I've never had to pay for parking at a hotel and especially $42 for overnight is insane! Then there are no vending machines on any of the floors , they have a concession booth in the lobby and the prices are like going to Disney! $5 for a water! Then we come to the free breakfast my god I've had better food in jail! The sausage links were so dry I could hammer a nail in with it! The biscuits and gravy sauce tasted like uncooked flour! And they had some sort of egg white mini pre made omelet that was absolutely horrendous! Threw it all out! The staff were absolutely amazing! But the insane parking prices and food will definitely keep me away

We stayed at this hotel for its proximity to the cruise port. But it was a fantastic hotel all around. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel amenities were thought-out and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. But absolutely the stand out of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind. In particular, Ashley and Colin at the front desk both went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Will 100% stay at this hotel next time I’m in the area.

Great Service all around

Rooms are ok, don t expect a view in city but more on highway. But you can walk to the riverwalk in 10 mns. Breakfast could be improved. Staff is nice and attentive

This hotel is easily accessible to downtown, Tampa International, Amtrak etc. If you are lucky n call around 10 AM, u can get an early check in if your room is available.... there is numerous breakfast varieties, n customer service is great. Only con is parking is $40 a day even if you in a handicap spot n not in a garage..... The prize is highly steep. But all in all, a must stay if u are in the area.

Stayed at this establishment twice. The location is very convenient for travelers attending cruise ships. The staff waa very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was decent by continental standards. The Starbucks coffee next door was great. Will visit them again.
