Charged $55 for parking to have Starbucks coffee for an hour and a half. While parking in the “Starbucks Lot”.

Very nice hotel, clean, with friendly staff. The pool on the 6th floor is very nice and great size.

My experience was terribly good. I tried my best not to leave a good review. I was in town for the Andy Elliot business summit & needed to get into room early & Ms. Taisha (Captain T) made it happen for me. She went above & beyond the call of duty & I’m thankful. The rest of the staff were cheerful & great as well.

First time here but I always stay at Hilton if possible. Easy in and out via the parking garage. Parking is paid through a QR code with the city. Little pricey at $37.00 plus tax for 24hrs. Check in with Michelle was courteous and friendly. Room was very nice and surprisingly large. Everything top to bottom was very clean. I even spoke to a maintenance man briefly and he was very nice. Roof top pool was big! One on the nicest I’ve ever seen. The fitness center was good with decent equipment. Hot water for tea and coffee available in the lobby most of the time. Room service every other day sufficient. You can walk just about anywhere. Plenty of restaurants which the hotel recommends. The TV channel selection was probably the best I have seen in years at any hotel. Plenty of things to watch. The breakfast was good, not great, but it did the job. I really love the location of this hotel as most of the places we went via. Our car was 15 minutes or less. Spent three nights here and honestly, I could’ve did a whole week with no problem. When visiting Tampa area again, this would be a definite stay for me. Thank you also to Colin and Helena. The only very minor hiccup is for two breakfast in a row no bananas. With a Publix a block away I thought this was odd not to get more. The ladies working at breakfast buffet are always nice and courteous also.
