Everything was great 👍 very friendly staff.

The stay was perfect. My sisters and I needed the well deserved getaway, thanks .. the hotels was nice and clean , loved the smell of air fresheners.

We stayed one night… it was clean, comfortable, and a nice spacious room! Hotel staff were accommodating. We had one issue which was solved immediately! Our second stay there… will continue to stay there on our travels through Alabama.

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are not comfortable or supportive. Road noise made it difficult to sleep. Coffee left in the room was low quality and not good . Room did not smell good.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for academic travel and needed an itemized receipt for reimbursement from my institution. I first asked for the receipt while I was still at the hotel, but the staff refused to provide it and told me it was Booking.com’s responsibility. That was not true. I have booked hotels a lot of times through Booking.com before, and Booking.com also confirmed that the hotel is responsible for providing the itemized receipt. The staff were not helpful, and some were rude when I asked about the receipt. After I left, I called several times and also sent multiple messages. The hotel repeatedly said they would send the receipt, but they never did. I followed up several times because there was a deadline for my reimbursement, but they still failed to provide the document. Because of this, I could not receive reimbursement from my institution and lost money. This was not a complicated request. It was a basic itemized receipt that any hotel should be able to provide. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling for work, school, conferences, or any situation where proper documentation and reimbursement are needed. I should also add that I have stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham hotels in other cities before, and I have generally had good experiences with this hotel chain. However, this specific location was completely different. The service at this hotel and the stuffs both the manager to the receptionists, were terrible. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and failed to handle a basic receipt request professionally. Update for your response: No, you were fully aware of the exact amount I paid. Moreover, after the third party contacted you and then followed up with me, you personally assured me that you would provide the invoice (I have messages). That assurance clearly indicated that you were capable of issuing it. However, it has now become clear that this was an empty promise. I can only assume that this assurance was given to avoid complications with the third party rather than to genuinely resolve your customer’s issue. Furthermore, even while I was physically present, you failed to demonstrate sufficient engagement with the third party’s attempts to contact you and resolve the matter. I personally witnessed that you were not answering their calls. I reiterate that this was not my first time booking a hotel through a third-party platform, and I am fully familiar with how this process works.

Overnight stop on our trip. Room was clean and quiet.

Hotel is good. Water pressure is great in the bathroom. Plenty of food and shopping around the hotel. New amphitheater is 15 min away. My only gripe is that there wasn't a dresser in the room i was given but there is a closet to hang clothes.

Super nice hotel! It’s a shame that it smelt like weed and had to be covered up with some kind of fragrance, that did not mix well! Otherwise great hotel. Only had the interact with staff at check-in.

Was a good 1 night stop over. Staff friendly, entire place clean and fresh scent. No complaints. Right off interstate that was definitely a plus too.

When we arrived the bathroom/shower area was not clean, phone didn’t work, & the tv WiFi kept getting disconnected. I called at 330 am to the front desk, because it woken up with a lot of teenagers outside my door yelling screaming & arguing and opening the side door to outside and slamming it many times.. the lady up front said she would get someone to help, but it kept on over a hour .. tried to call the front desk back they would not answer my calls. I do not recommend staying here if you want a peaceful stay or you want to get any rest.

Pretty clean rooms, but everywhere smells perfume at very high level. The smell is so high I couldn't sleep due to headache. Also overall terrible front office, they just don't care when you ask questions --- It has been a month, and they still refuse to provide a receipt for the stay. Terrible place.
