Not the best ive stayed here 4 years now service is not the best parking lot is rough. Rooms are getting remodled .

Alyssa is great and wendy was great as well. Yeah prices are cheapest in town but service is the worst they make more excuses not to do something than they do their jobs nor do they keep you safe. When you ask them to look at the cameras they say they dont work by your room until the tables turn in their favor then they work but its too late bc it automatically deletes after ao long blah blah blah .Dennis and Juan are the worst people to deal with they took me in the office and literally tried to intimidate me and made sure to let me know they are not in the business of helping people and dont care about helping anyone. They were rude and very disrespectful even though i never missed a payment i was only late never more than 2 wks and paid late fees. I was told that juan stayed ln my personal business on the work computer he tried to sabotage me for what reason i have no clue, he told people i was paranoid even though he was caught looking in peoples windows and just coming in rooms without knocking. ive been here a year and thats how long its taken me to put him on front street so just be safe and keep an eye on your eyes open. Someone also continuously let the water out of my radiator but there were never any leaks found until recently after i told security and such what has been happening. The female security do a better job than the males and actually care, though he will tell you to find out whose doing it instead of doing his job and watching the premises bc my vehicle was only messed with on his shifts but nobody wants to be held accountable for it so they will lie quicker than anyone ive met. There are leaks and holes that ive been complaining about for atleast 10 months and never fixed. If i could afford anywhwre else i wouldve left but now that ive been pushed to the max because they tried to silence me im gonna let it all out. Their workers played with my door and wake me up out of my sleep i put a chair behind it and took pictures of all the marks left from them opening my door mid morning late nights and they never did anything about it but the only keys for my door i have on me personally and of course their workers as well. It turned into hell after 2 months being here and they make it impossible for you to protect yourself but they call me paranoid no matter how much proof ive had, they lie to the police and even come in your room when your at work and move your things around, ashes on the floor, cig butts in toilet (i dont smoke i vape) and you go to management again & again & again they believe you the first time until it angers you then they tell you, your paranoid (even with evidence and videos in front of their face) and if everybody says it, then it must be true. I dont see this place making it too much longer especially if i find away to press charges and sue i will but i have to make someone listen first. They make it hard for single mothers and very unsafe, security treated ne like a criminal pulling a gun on me when i first started staying here and yet do nothing to thw people selling srugs in front of them and i know i cant be the only one this has ever happened to, they also said juan called my place of employment and told them i was paranoid and eventually caused me to lose my job(s). I feel like this is the only voice i have left bc they have ruined my reputation and slandered my being. Ive never missed a payment only been 2 weeks late at most and tried to put me out while neighbors personally told me to talk to "Dennis" bc they were up to 2000 in the hole and thought dennis would work with me but he just tried to intimidate me and go in the office with only him and juan which was very sketchy so i made it quick... something was also said about me not fighting for myself was why they were doing it bc i was too NICE to people. Im at a loss bc idk what else to do to get someone to listen so please just be safe if you do decide to stay here for whatever reasons life gets bad but some of these people have fun making lives worse and take advantage of their authority...
