Fantasy Island Inn : un lieu de rencontre pour hommes

I think this was my third stay here and I will continue to book it for trips and tell friends about it all the time. The location is perfect for walking to any of the restaurants, shops, and bars along "the drive". And Doug is truly one of the best hosts! He has the rooms stocked with some beverages and light snacks, access to some more items for breakfast, towels and chairs for the pool/beach... he's literally thought of everything for a guest to make their stay welcoming and relaxing. And the attention to detail and organization of everything makes my OCD heart happy, or as Doug said - CDO, so it's in alphabetical order haha.

My stay at Fantasy Island Inn was wonderful. Doug was very accommodating and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The Inn is in the middle of Wilton Manors and within walking distance of the bars, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend Fantasy Island Inn. Wesley

The absolute best place to stay. Doug is the most wonderful host/owner of this beautiful oasis. From the very moment I came into the resort until I left, everything was perfect. My husband and I had the nicest time, it was so relaxing. You couldn’t ask for a better location, it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. Doug is one of the sweetest guys I’ve ever met, he’s so accommodating. Doug has an eye for detail from the decor of the place to its cleanliness. I can’t say enough good things about Fantasy Island Inn!

I stayed with Doug back in June and finally got back here in early January. Nothing has really changed. Doug is still an incredible host who cares deeply about the experience that his guests have. His entire facility is immaculate from the moment you step through the gate. It shows that Doug really cares. The room was beautiful, amenities abundant, atmosphere very tranquil. Just a wonderful place to chill. I'll certainly visit again.

Doug is a very kind and warm host. He introduced himself at check in and showed us around the property. The property has a serene setting with a heated pool and lounge chairs. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. We didn’t rent a car so our Uber rides were very inexpensive due to the perfect location.

Very handy to walk to all that Wilton Manors offers. Doug was a very welcoming and thoughtful host, catering for all practical and nourishment needs that guests could have.

Absolutely spectacular! When you arrive Doug greets you with a warm smile and a hug then gives you a tour of the property. He has thought of EVERYTHING! Light breakfast foods as well as late night snacks are available in the shared kitchen. Sodas, bottled water, juices, etc all available to you. Heading to the beach? Take a provided beach chair and beach towel. Rain in the forecast? There are umbrellas ready for you to help stay dry. Doug has thought of everything, then you add to it his genuine hospitality and suddenly this property can't be beat. Can't wait to come back.

I have never stayed at a place MORE accommodating. The owner went above and beyond to communicate everything we needed to know during out stay. Complimentary drinks and snacks were a HUGE plus. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice. Extremely clean and felt very safe. Down the street from many local bars/clubs so it's extremely convenient in terms of location. I hands down will be staying here again if I'm in the area.

Not sure I could add anything else to the already 5 star reviews except to reconfirm. We were hoping for a short relaxing getaway and were not disappointed. The location is perfect the entire faculity spotless comfortable room and bed. The pool was right outside our door! We couldnt have asked for more. Doug the owner is an exceptional man. Very friendly and asked daily if we had any needs. The young man who cleaned the rooms very pleasant and friendly. We couldn't have been happier. Me nor my husband would hesitate recommending this B and B. We're hoping to return in December. Thanks Doug!
