Bristol Pride is held in July, with the main parade through the city centre followed by a free festival on the Harbourside. Expected attendance: 50,000+. The event is one of the largest in the south-west of England and reflects Bristol's character as one of England's most progressive and arts-oriented cities. Organised by Bristol Pride Ltd. The Harbourside setting — the historic docklands now lined with arts venues and restaurants — is one of England's most distinctive Pride backdrops.
Guida di viaggio
Tutto quello che vale la pena sapere prima di partire.
Bristol has a growing LGBTQ+ scene centred on the Old Market Quarter — an area of Victorian warehouses and railway arches east of the city centre that has developed as Bristol's LGBTQ+ and alternative nightlife district since the 2000s. Bristol Pride in July draws 50,000+ people to the Harbourside. The city's independent culture, arts scene and progressive politics make it one of the more LGBTQ+-welcoming environments in England outside London and Brighton.
