Algodon Mansion

I had the opportunity to visit the Algodón Mansion Hotel in Recoleta on the day of the Adidas Superstar experience, and it was truly an incredible combination. The place is elegant, welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The spaces have a unique style that blends classic and modern elements, ideal for hosting special events. Without a doubt, it's a distinctive experience in the heart of Recoleta, which adds significant value when brands choose venues like this to create memorable moments.

A charming boutique hotel with 10 rooms. Impeccable high level decor, furnishings and amenities. Attentive and capable staff. Pleasant outdoor swimming pool and rooftop patio. A perfect location for walking in Recoleta. No in-house food service; breakfast comes from the next door café, which does not open until 8AM. Recommended.

This hotel is advertised as a 5-star hotel. But in reality, it's only 3 stars. That's the maximum. I assumed that since it's part of the Relais & Chateau group, it would be fine. But no. Apparently, R&C has significantly lowered their standards. The photos look decent, but in reality, the room is tired and poorly cleaned. Slippers aren't provided, but when I asked for them, they were later brought, and it was clear they'd been used multiple times and weren't even washed afterward. You're greeted by a shameful bouquet of flowers and a broken bathroom door handle.

It's very expensive! I'm very bothered that breakfast, the gym, and the spa are located outside the hotel. The hotel is in a good location. The area is clean, there's hardly any litter, and there are very few homeless people. However, the price-performance ratio is very high. What also bothers me is that breakfast, the gym, and the spa aren't located directly in the hotel. Furthermore, the room was very dark and had very little sunlight. This isn't particularly comfortable for a longer stay. The staff were generally nice and friendly. All in all, it was an experience – you never know beforehand whether a hotel will meet your expectations or not.

The hotel is superbly located in the heart of Recoleta, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent, especially Giuliana, who was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This renovated mansion is a really beautiful place to stay. We had the Royal Suite which was massive - and very lovely. Plenty of space and a wall of wine in the living room! The staff are incredibly helpful and the Algondon is in a great part of town. Breakfast is in the cafe next door - and hit the spot. I thoroughly recommend a stay at the Algondon Mansion.

Excellent stay! The rooms are spotless, the service is very good, and the staff is always friendly. But what really made the difference was Juan's service, always cheerful, genuine, and extremely helpful. Our experience wouldn't have been the same without him. Thank you so much!
