Great hostel, but terribly run by the volunteers! Especially by a bald guy named Miguel, who makes you feel like you're there for free and that he's doing you a favor by serving you! He's very unhelpful and I noticed he treated several people badly. They kept the deposit I left for renting a towel, among other things! It's a shame they lost a guest who always chose them when he returned to his country! The beds, rooms, and facilities are excellent, but they need to change the volunteers because it's clear they don't enjoy what they do. PS: The only person who treated me well and resolved my problems is Vicky, a Brazilian girl who's usually there in the evenings. Bye bye

I loved the place, it's well located, you can walk to several places, there's a market nearby and places to eat too, breakfast has to be paid for, the people are very friendly and generous, the place is very clean and very well built.

I stayed at this hostel and overall had a very good experience. I want to especially highlight the staff, particularly the receptionists, who were always very kind and helpful. Whenever I had a problem, they did their best to assist me and resolve it quickly. The cleaning staff was also very professional and attentive. As an area for improvement, the decor feels a bit dated or unattractive. Also, the kitchen isn't very well-equipped: there are few utensils, plates, and basic items, and some of the plastic cups are quite stained, which could easily be improved. In short, the staff's warmth makes a big difference, but it would be ideal if they worked on these details to make the experience even better.
