Excellent service, the room was very nice, and the hot water was perfect. We really appreciated the parking near the rooms. They leave an electric kettle with coffee and tea in the room for guests to use whenever they want, which is a very nice touch for us since we drink mate very early in the morning. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked very complete. We would definitely return!

Impeccable. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate vanity area, which is very convenient. There's a desk/table with an electric kettle and a tray with cups and tea and coffee cups. The heating is good and the shower is fantastic. There are plenty of electrical outlets. They have parking spaces on the property and some benches in the garden. There's a jacuzzi, which we didn't use. One thing that could be improved, obviously for me, is the mattress and pillows.

Everything was great. I would only suggest making the breakfast selection a bit more complete (fruit salad, a wider variety of delicious local homemade sweets, for example).

The inn is lovely. The room is large and bright, and the bathroom has a separate vanity area, which makes it more convenient. It has covered parking with access from the side. The reception staff are excellent.

We stayed one night and everything was great, from the service at reception to the friendliness of the girl who helped us. I would definitely stay again.

In Esquel, there was a 3-for-2 deal on accommodation for the weekend, which I thought was fantastic, but the inn didn't inform us about it 😌 We found out through the Tourism Office's Instagram! In that sense, I think they should have provided that information and/or had a sign at the front desk! Because that kind of tourism strategy is really valuable and shouldn't be overlooked! As constructive criticism, both the information office and the inn should communicate more when these offers are made, because there was a bit of a miscommunication between them regarding the promotion! Regarding the accommodation itself, everything was lovely, the cleanliness and service were excellent, but I want to highlight Gala's attention, her helpfulness, her empathy, and her hospitality; they add real value to the place! Thank you so much! 👏🏻⭐️

I'd always stayed there before, but this last time I called and they took a reservation for two nights. However, when I arrived, no one was taking responsibility for the reservation, and there was no room available. They left me without accommodation, and the person who answered doubted I had even called. They're completely disorganized, and they didn't even know who had spoken to me.
