Terrible service, arrogant staff, and outdated facilities. The building hasn't been renovated. I don't recommend it!

saimos de goiania pra conhecer o bar 16 e o restaurante do terraço chegamos na recepcão foi nos dito que ja estava lotado e que eu poderia com minha namorada aguardar ficamos 45 minutos no saguão sem ninguem nos dar um posicionamento isso porque foi dito que eramos os primeiros da lista, enfim um descaso e decidimos nem jantar no local esperavamos mais , de qualquer forma foi otimo pq conseguimos conhecer o AMANO um restaurante impecavel e de atendimento incrivel.

Experiência extremamente desagradável. Se o bar não possui estrutura adequada para receber o público externo, talvez devesse ser restrito apenas aos hóspedes. Estive no bar próximo ao horário de encerramento e fui informado pela equipe de que poderia terminar minha bebida na recepção. Desci conforme orientado, porém, pouco depois, uma segurança se aproximou perguntando em quanto tempo meu Uber chegaria. Informei o tempo estimado de chegada, mas, ainda assim, fui retirado da recepção e orientado a aguardar do lado de fora, sob a justificativa de que eu não poderia permanecer aguardando na recepção do hotel. A situação foi constrangedora e demonstra falta de alinhamento entre a equipe, além de uma postura pouco acolhedora com os clientes. Certamente não é o tipo de atendimento que se espera de um estabelecimento desse porte.

Sophisticated, elegant, and very comfortable experience I stayed at the B Hotel Brasília during a trip and it was an excellent experience. The hotel has a modern, sophisticated design, very well executed in every detail. The architecture is striking upon arrival, but what impressed me most was the feeling of comfort and welcome throughout my stay. The room was extremely comfortable, elegant, and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city. The rooftop area also deserves mention, with one of the most beautiful views of Brasília, especially in the late afternoon. The breakfast was very good, with variety and quality, and the whole experience conveyed a sense of care and sophistication without excess. The service was very cordial and professional, and the location also made getting around very easy. It's the kind of hotel that manages to combine design, comfort, and a good lodging experience in a very balanced way. I would definitely return.

This hotel is probably the best in Brasilia. The location is great, although not walking friendly whatsoever. Its quiet, the desing favors rest. The piano is played during breakfast which is very nice. Service wasnt anything special. Wasnt bad either but they could really improve this and make it an amazing experience. The view is amazing.
