Very good motel, nice suites and super affordable prices, very good soundproofing, I go there from time to time.

What a terrible experience! I stayed in room 9, the air conditioning was old, didn't cool well, and was uncomfortable. It's truly an old motel that needs a complete renovation.

I went yesterday, but my partner went on March 11th, 2026, at night. The classic suite was dirty, the stairs we climbed were filthy, the room smelled bad. I don't know what happened. We've been there other times and it wasn't like this, but it left much to be desired... I'm leaving my complaint here. I don't know why it was the cheapest one, but others we've used weren't as filthy as this one.

My experience was negative regarding the billing. I booked an overnight stay believing that, as is standard in most motels, the period would be 12 hours. However, I was surprised to be charged for an extra hour, under the justification that the overnight stay at this motel is only 11 hours. The problem is that this information was not given at the time of check-in, nor is it on signs, visible notices, or any other means of communication. At no time was I informed about this different time limit. If this rule had been clearly stated, I obviously would not have exceeded the time. I felt cheated, as the charge was made without transparency and outside of what is normally practiced. There is a lack of clarity in communication with the customer, which generates this type of unpleasant situation. On the positive side, the service at reception was very good and the room was clean, which deserves to be acknowledged. Still, it is essential that the motel be more transparent about the time rules to avoid this type of inconvenience in the future.
