The place is large and generally organized and clean. There are many activities for children to do with their parents, and the shows and circus classes are wonderful. There is plenty of food and drink available, however, the kiosk where the ice cream is located lacks a bit of organization and hygiene; a lot of things are exposed, and for a single employee (I stayed there for 3 days) I only observed 1 employee, which resulted in a lack of replenishment, water dripping outside, and a dirty counter. I believe this is because there was only 1 employee. The rooms do not have balconies, and the window is small, which causes a lot of humidity after showering and during the night, causing mold on the walls. The walls dividing the rooms are very thin, generating a lot of noise. We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we woke up startled by inappropriate speech from totally drunk people at 2 am, absurd things, and very, very, very loud voices and noises. Besides that, there was slamming of doors. I contacted reception, and they promptly resolved the situation. The heated pool area is very neglected and dirty. Unusable gym, broken equipment, and lots of leaks. The recreation staff has no control whatsoever with the children. I'm used to going to resorts with recreation, where they usually put on control bracelets, fill out forms, keep our phone numbers, and the children don't leave recreation without their parents for anything. There, I signed a form at reception and they put on bracelets according to their age. But the recreation staff have no control; the children go out alone, without assistance, and the games are not even weak, meaning my children didn't enjoy them, they stayed with us. Also, recreation starts late. They don't go around calling the children, and there are no programs for the children to enjoy the things the casino offers with the staff. If they want to skate, go for a drive, or take a trapeze lesson, they have to go with their parents; normally (at least in other places I've been with recreation) these activities have fixed times for the children to do them with the recreation staff. This part of the recreation area disappointed me; it needs stricter control over the children, as there are many, many drunk and unruly guests. The buffet near the restaurant is almost always empty, with no replenishment. Some points that need careful attention for improvement. But even with all that, we enjoyed it very much, the children had fun. But it's not a place I would return to. It's a very, very windy and very cold place. It's worth bringing warm clothes.

They were very attentive, caring, and dedicated, providing moments of fun, safety, and comfort for the adults. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The best value for money we've ever seen in an all-inclusive resort! Huge complex with heated pools, courts, amusement park, recreation, shows for adults and children, and lots of entertainment. There's even a casino with various types of games where you receive play money and can exchange it for prizes. The all-inclusive system was a surprise! The quality is exceptional, a great variety to please all tastes, drinks, cocktails, draft beers, etc. In addition, there are paddle boats, a hammock area, and a petting zoo with birds we had never seen before! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is top-notch. It's the perfect place to stay with the whole family! We highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!
