Domus Hotel

Attention: They charge a R$50 fee if you are late for check-in. I was traveling for work and we were late, and we received this surprise when we arrived at the hotel. We were insistently pressured to pay the fee, but there is nothing on booking.com informing about such a fee… To make matters worse, my bathroom had a horrible smell, like a cockroach nest or something like that. The place where the smell was coming from was makeshiftly covered with a wooden board. The room cleaning was terrible… cobwebs, dust, stained windows…. But the worst thing was the smell in the bathroom; if you left the door open, the whole room would smell. The TV also didn't work. The receiver wouldn't connect, and the channels via antenna had no tuning. Yesterday the hotel was without Wi-Fi for almost the entire night. What saved my stay was the view from the window, which was beautiful, overlooking a wooded area by the stream on the street behind.

Excellent service. Very good place. We were very well received. We had a problem with the doorknob and they immediately offered to resolve it. I highly recommend them!

The hotel met all my expectations, the host was extremely welcoming and attentive, and the price was very fair. I have no complaints.

The place is quiet and peaceful, but I had some problems with a few things. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, not to mention the pillow was just as bad. The shower takes a long time to heat up and the water leaks all over the bathroom.

The hotel was exactly as pictured. We were treated very well. Excellent service.
