K2 RESIDENCE

I stayed at the K1 and the hotel is very good!! The room was very well arranged, organized, and extremely clean!!! And I must highlight the employee Andressa, who served me very well, attentive, kind and extremely professional, in addition to doing other maintenance and cleaning services for the coatis and common areas! I recommend staying at this hotel.

The only "problem" is that the garage/parking lot is several blocks from the hotel.

Good afternoon, the place is very good, the cleanliness of the rooms is also good, but the bathroom is open upstairs, meaning there is no privacy at all. Note: nobody can see you, but everything else is visible, which is a bit embarrassing. Otherwise, everything is very good.

The structure is new, the rooms are nice and clean, and the residence is well located in Campinas. However, two negative points are important: 1- They took a long time to send the steps for me to do the remote check-in, and I had to wait outside while they were waiting. You need to improve this; there's no reason not to send the steps in advance. 2 - Since I did the remote check-in, upon arrival I had to sign a form regarding my stay. However, this form was on the counter, along with all the forms of the other guests, and they contained the personal data of the guests. You need to correct this! No other guest should have access to the information of others.

Very good, everything excellent, there's water, a shared kitchen, and the location is excellent. However, the rooms transmit any sound; you can hear the TV from the next room, and if you're driving, choose room K1 because the parking for this one is quite far away, and it's annoying to arrive tired and still have to walk a bit to get to your room. When I say far, I mean really far, in another block.

Excellent quality accommodation in Campinas. The K2 Residence is located near Taquaral Park and several bars with live music and good service. The K2 Residence has pleasant environments, is very well structured, with new, clean rooms and admirable functional infrastructure. Quiet location. A plus is the solar-heated water supplying the shower. Impeccable service. Corridor shaded by passion fruit trees. I recommend it.
