Drops Motel Campinas

I went for the first time on April 19th and it was disappointing. It started right from the entrance; the receptionist was sleeping and took a long time to wake up to attend to us. We had made a reservation precisely to avoid unforeseen problems. The jacuzzi took forever to fill with lukewarm water, the TV was completely useless, nothing worked, and even the toothpaste and toothbrush, which should be free, were charged for. We called reception because we booked a 12-hour session to get breakfast, and the receptionist said we weren't entitled to it.

I don't recommend it to anyone! I gave it one star because I couldn't give less. Dirty room. Horrible jacuzzi with cold water and no jets, it looked like a basin. Shower, only one had lukewarm to cold water, the other didn't work. Only cold water. They even charge for the cheapest toothbrush. They don't have a hair straightener. Breakfast is paid for. Menu with no variety and extremely high prices. I ruined my celebration.

Great motel, I recommend it to everyone.

I went yesterday, February 28th, and booked room 12, a suite with a jacuzzi, for 12 hours. The room is huge, but the showers didn't heat the water, and neither did the jacuzzi. I questioned this, and they said they would change my room. There was a lot of stalling. The service needs quality; the staff doesn't know how to treat people with respect. I don't recommend Drops Motel, it's terrible. In the end, to avoid ruining my night with my wife, I had to pay for 12 hours when I only stayed in the room for 1 hour. I noticed the jacuzzi was slow to fill and the water was cold.

This is the second time I've gone, and the receptionist always says that all the suites are occupied, even though there are suites available on the app. The receptionist is rude and has a bad attitude towards working and serving customers who are looking for comfort. I am a consumer lawyer, and I will be filing a lawsuit for her lack of professionalism, as this has happened twice in a row with misinformation and a lack of adequate customer service.
