I was at this place yesterday (February 5th, 2026) between 2:30 and 5:00 PM. There was a good flow of people. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff, who stole money from my bag. When I inquired about it, one of the employees said that I had given them the money. Therefore, in my view, the employee opened my bag without my permission or consent and took the money. Well, be careful when leaving your belongings; you can't trust them. Sad to see behavior like this. I went to this place, nice range of people to meet and have fun. Unfortunately, please be cautious with the staff; never leave valuable goods in your bag. I had a small bag with a few EUR/GBP/BRL, and everything was wiped out.

The "fun" depends on the patrons, so... it doesn't make sense for that to be the establishment's responsibility. However, the physical structure of the environment could be improved, such as the booths, the darkroom, the video rooms, and the music room. (which would probably lead to an increase in cost, therefore an increase in the entrance fee. Which would be "all right" if improved) the hygiene of the environment is a complicated matter. because , it also depends on the hygiene of the patrons... In the end, it's still the best place to enjoy and relax.
