Hotel Villa Amazônia

Great hotel, great location, dedicated staff, clean and quiet. The rooms are modern and tastefully furnished. We would especially like to highlight the breakfast. A huge selection, including many unfamiliar fruits and regional dishes – very authentic and a great idea.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds... quality toiletries, delightful pool, excellent service... the breakfast was unbelievably good! I ate a lot... I highly recommend the hotel, although the daily rate is quite high.

Have lots of insights to say about this property. The staff is what makes this property a star, and has a decent hard product. Rooms adequate, decor all in the correct way for presentation… relaxed, comfortable. Management or ownership is where this property lacks. No follow through or follow up…The price point is asking too much for what it delivers and I bet they hope you don’t notice. No welcome drink, no trinkets, no turn down service…. They even charged for some milk that I wanted for my coffee in the room. Yes I did ask for some as I don’t drink my coffee without it, but that should have been given without a blink. You could stay at the Mercure for a full week that the charge per night. And the Mercure staff is again incredibly attentive and won’t nickel and dime you. Now you know, you are not a guest, you are a credit card swipe. This hotel could be so much more as again the staff are incredible to be around…. Just a big miss for Manaus!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The peaceful atmosphere, tasteful decor, amazing pool, delicious restaurant, and friendly staff made for a wonderful stay.

Villa Amazônia is a charming hotel with very kind and attentive staff, who were always helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfast, however, was quite average and not particularly memorable, especially for a hotel that positions itself as a high-end boutique experience. The coffee was good, but overall the breakfast selection felt a bit underwhelming. The highlight of the property is definitely the Fitz restaurant. The food there was excellent and it stands out as the strongest part of the hotel experience. Aside from the restaurant and the friendly staff, there wasn’t anything particularly outstanding that made the stay feel exceptional. It’s a pleasant hotel, but given the concept and reputation, one might expect a few more memorable touches.

I went to the hotel bar while some friends were staying there. I had a delicious Aluá!
