I stayed with my family for a weekend, and the stay was wonderful. Great location, everything well organized, comfortable rooms, the view from the rooftop is beautiful, we could see several points of the city, in addition to the gym and sauna that are available at the hotel. Regional breakfast with several options. I highly recommend it!! I will definitely return!!

The Intercity Manaus Hotel is an excellent accommodation option in the city, standing out not only for its comfort and strategic location, but also for its versatility. The space is frequently used for events, boasting a modern and well-equipped structure, ideal for meetings, conferences, and corporate gatherings. Furthermore, it offers spacious, organized environments with a quality standard that guarantees a great experience for both guests and event participants.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. Initially, it would have been great if there was someone to guide us and show us details, for example, how to use the elevator if the card stopped working, as this happened to us and we were a bit lost. We also had some questions about the rooftop restaurant, and we learned everything by asking, but the staff weren't very willing to explain and meet our needs. Regarding the restaurant's dining area, it felt a bit forced. Otherwise, the room was great; we stayed on the 8th floor and had no complaints, everything was very good. I also wish there were more videos and information about the café, what it's like inside. We were really looking forward to it because there's very little information on social media and even here on Google, but we really enjoyed our stay there 😁

Nice hotel, clean and well-sanitized room, very well organized, I liked it very much.

Room was falling apart water damage, cold shower and lights and air conditioning that didn’t work. My wife arrived on a different flight than me several hours after I checked in front desks staff apparently mistook her for an escort stopped me as I was taking her upstairs and said there was a fee for “guest” if you know what I mean. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The only real acceptable thing here was the free breakfast in the morning. It was quite good.
