Simple and practical hotel. It has a basic breakfast, but comfortable beds. Its drawbacks are the slow internet, which can't handle the smart TV, and the lack of bidets in the bathrooms, but it makes up for it with its location.

Hotel with a young and modern vibe, simple but comfortable room. The gym is super well-equipped and open from 6 am to 10 pm. I booked through Booking.com and paid R$ 413 per night without breakfast, but it was possible to include it directly at the hotel for R$ 45 per person. Quick check-in, no queues, and a very friendly and attentive staff. A great option for those seeking practicality and comfort.

Staying at this hotel was a unique experience; it's incredible how everything seems to be as God created it. The only thing that slightly bothered me was that when I slept, I ended up dreaming about a giant tegu lizard chasing me over a burning volcano. Very good!

How can you say you don't have air conditioning? Telling me that just because it's winter I can't turn the air conditioning on to cold is ridiculous. Imagine the sun shining in the room all day and you can't turn the air conditioning on cold "because that's how the climate control works," you know what the suggestion is? "Turn off the air conditioning or open the window." I don't recommend it and I won't be returning.

We stayed in Porto Alegre and chose the hotel for its excellent location and also because of what the photos promised. The reception was cold and inattentive, the manager was extremely unfriendly and unempathetic, even though I only asked her for information and explained that my husband has Alzheimer's. She practically said, "So what?" The room was small and compact, but okay. The breakfast was terrible, few options, bitter, awful... it doesn't have air conditioning, just a pre-programmed air conditioner that couldn't handle the heat... it's only suitable for those staying for a short time, as there's no comfort whatsoever, and in the summer it must be hell! Oh, and the room had a window that couldn't be opened, right next to the ceiling, full of cigarette butts right up against the windowsill... and the cleanliness??? I don't recommend it, not even for the price... regrettable, because the location is great...
