Kelly is very attentive and a great professional.

The coffee was wonderful, and the waitress Kallem was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in terrible condition, with walls that are leaking or peeling, very old furniture, defective doors and windows, and an air conditioner that's too loud—you had to stand on a chair to turn it on. The bedding is very basic; during a cold week in Porto Alegre, the room only had one sheet, a blanket, and two very hard pillows. I had to ask for other items to sleep better. The Wi-Fi is terrible. At least the housekeepers and reception staff were willing to help. The hotel needs to invest in the quality of its facilities, both the rooms and the common areas; everything is very old and uncomfortable.

Kamily was very friendly, provided excellent service, and was very helpful. The gentleman who was there on the evening of May 20th was also a very kind person and extremely gentlemanly with us. You all deserve congratulations.

Upon arrival, I had a problem with the room, which wasn't exactly what I had booked, but they resolved it quickly. As for the breakfast, it was delicious! Regarding the service, I would like to highlight the promptness of the employee Kallen, and also the tidiness of the room.
