Disgusting place, costs 75 reais! For a space where 20 reais is a fair price! The old man at reception is super rude! Anyway, it's too late to expect improvement. The place isn't dirty! But it needs a lot of maintenance! For those who know places that offer a lot and charge less or a fair price, you'll be disappointed. In short, the feeling is that they want to close the place down but don't have the courage to say so hahaha.

My experience was extremely unpleasant. The attendant (an older gentleman) was abrupt, rude, and raised his voice completely unnecessarily. I entered a room where the light was already on, and he started yelling at me, saying I shouldn't have turned it on, even though I wasn't the one who turned it on. This type of treatment is disrespectful to customers and can be considered verbal abuse. I am a calm person and chose to ignore the situation, but other patrons may not accept this type of behavior and may even seek legal action. I've seen that there are already other negative comments about this employee's behavior, so this serves as a warning to anyone planning to frequent the place: customer service requires politeness, respect, and balance.

I used to only go to one other sauna in Porto Alegre. A friend took me to Thermas, and I'll never go to another one again. Service, atmosphere, cleanliness, organization, in short, the entire structure is superior to others.

It used to be a good sauna, with air conditioning, good service, and two bars. Nowadays: - only one bar is open; - they can't even replace a towel hook; - the price has increased and they now only provide one towel per customer; - the air conditioners are never turned on, even on hot summer afternoons - the attendant said the air conditioner "has been broken for months". For a sauna that is the most expensive in Porto Alegre, the service it should provide is far below what it should be.

Clean, organized environment. Entrance fee: R$75.00. I find it quite expensive, well above the average of other saunas in other capital cities.

It had been a few years since I'd been to Point Sul. I went back only to be disappointed. The disregard for the customer is absurd. It's like, "That's it, don't complain." Old towels, soap dispensers that don't work, a sauna that doesn't heat up. The last straw was when I ordered a drink and there was no ice. And the owner's response was: "On the day I clean the freezer, I don't have time to make ice. And I don't think it's worth buying for the customers. There will be ice another day." After hearing that, all I could do was leave and never go back.
