The predominantly elderly clientele means the dry sauna doesn't heat up. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The only employee who works "does everything" is very friendly.

Best sauna in Porto Alegre. The best is the biggest crowd.

I've been there several times... but the place is leaving much to be desired. If you go on a busy day, there will be a water shortage... the attendant even puts plastic around the taps so people don't turn on the shower... only one shower is open and a tiny amount of water comes out. Imagine 30 people waiting for that shower spot. Another point to improve is the cleanliness of the cabins... by mid-afternoon they are all covered in semen, with condoms on the floor and an unbearable smell. They should at least clean them in the mid-afternoon... but the entire sauna only has ONE employee: the friendly guy at the cash register. The owner must have heard many complaints but doesn't learn to invest in a little more quality and cleanliness.

On September 21, 2024, there was only ONE SHOWER WORKING. With this heat and a large number of people, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I hope the sauna owner resolves this problem!
