Excellent, attentive staff, which truly leads to customer satisfaction.

We loved it!! My mother and I stayed for a week! We had the all-inclusive option and absolutely loved the bar snacks – shrimp, soups, pastries! Everything was delicious, the breakfast was complete with lots of variety, and lunch and dinner were too. Dinners always had a themed menu; we had an Asian night which was very good!! Beer and drinks at the pool bar, jacuzzi/pool in front of the room. And, most importantly, all the staff are extremely polite, helpful, always smiling and making you feel at home. I especially thank Yan, Alexandre, and Gustavo, who certainly contributed greatly to making our stay perfect. Like everything else, the hotel needs some renovations, but nothing that affected our experience. I recommend it!

Positives: The food was great, with a different type of fish, meat, and chicken every day, various side dishes, fruits, and salads. The pool and hotel view were absolutely beautiful. The reception, waiters, and bar staff were unparalleled, always polite and smiling. Negatives: The rooms and bathroom need renovation; the place is old. We had a great experience ❤️

Everything was wonderful, I recommend it for families with children. I brought my granddaughter and she loved it.

Terrible Experience For an all-inclusive resort, the availability of drinks only starting at 10 am makes no sense. Before that and after midnight, if you want water, you have to go to reception, as there are no water fountains available throughout the hotel. The beach gate opens at 7 am and closes at 5 pm. Furthermore, the hotel offers practically no entertainment options, and the music is always at a very low volume. What bothered me most was the small variety of snacks and their low quality. The food is fried and steamed, becoming soggy and extremely oily. At breakfast, several options need to be ordered, but nobody informs you of this. To order a mixed sandwich, a tapioca with a flavor other than mozzarella, orange juice, an omelet, and other options, everything needs to be ordered separately. I only discovered this on the second day because there is no warning or guidance. Another negative point was the warm beer and soda all day long. Instead of offering a "boat with a photo," it would be much more useful to provide a thermal mug to help keep drinks cold. I also found mold in the room, bathroom, and even on the reception sofas. The bathroom has open windows that allow animals to enter, like the cockroach in the photo. When I saw the pool always full on Instagram, I didn't understand why, since the sea is right in front of the hotel. However, upon arrival, I realized that the beach area in front of the hotel has many rocks and is not suitable for swimming. To get into the sea, it is necessary to walk to the front of another hotel. The positive point was the service from the staff, especially Gustavo, Leandro, and Tony, who provided service above expectations. Unfortunately, I will not recommend the hotel to anyone. I hope my review helps other people research better and choose a hotel with a structure and service more compatible with what is promised.
