It exceeded expectations. Congratulations. A familiar and cozy place. The food was very well prepared and varied. There was a seafood day with a LOBSTER station. Delicious. Very good rooms and the cleaning staff were very competent. The reception was very attentive and went out of their way to please and solve ANY PROBLEM that might arise. Thank you very much, Natalia. Our experience at this resort has been simply wonderful. We chose this place to celebrate our honeymoon, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The resort exceeded all our expectations, both in terms of facilities and, especially, service. I have a very restricted diet, and from the very first moment, I received all the necessary support. The nutrition team, the kitchen staff, the reception staff, and all the other employees were extremely attentive, helpful, and did everything possible to ensure I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. I would like to give special thanks to nutritionists Fernanda and César, who dedicated themselves with great care to adapting my meals and ensuring that I could enjoy each meal safely. I would also like to thank Rosineide, who gave us total support throughout our stay, always with great attention, kindness, and willingness to help. We are very grateful for everything you did and continue to provide during our stay. You made our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable. Words cannot describe such perfection! Wonderful hotel, with a top-notch structure, and the hotel staff is fully prepared to serve the guests. Excellent service. Helpful staff. Great facilities. Plenty of drinks and food. Easy access to the beach. The Wi-Fi signal is always top-notch. The only thing missing is a good gym, preferably with a beach view. The gym is terrible.
