A place for Latinos. Brazilian tourists should prefer to go to other nightclubs.

We went to this bar on Monday, May 11th, and unfortunately, the experience was quite bad. Upon arrival, the place was empty. There was only one DJ (who we understand was learning, which isn't a problem), but the overall atmosphere was very dull. The security guards at the entrance were friendly, and the DJ was also nice, but the service at the bar was the complete opposite. The bartenders were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed no interest in the customers. The drinks, besides being expensive, were poorly prepared: for example, the caipirinha was excessively acidic, practically impossible to enjoy. Then we ordered a whiskey with an energy drink. We paid for it correctly, but when we went to pick it up, they told us it wasn't showing up as paid for, implying that we hadn't bought it. This created an uncomfortable and confusing situation, especially considering that we had paid for it minutes earlier. Only after insisting and having another employee confirm the payment did they give us the drink. And if we don't ask for the energy drink we paid for, they won't give it to us. The overall feeling was one of disorganization and dishonest customer service, especially considering the place was empty and there was no pressure to serve. We ultimately decided to leave, as the experience was unpleasant and not worth staying. With better service and quality drinks, we would have stayed all night, but it wasn't worth it.
