Atlantis Copacabana Hotel

We booked a standard room and weren't disappointed. A lovely, large room with a very large bed. The mattress was a little misshapen but acceptable. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice. A great location, just a 5-minute walk from Ipanema beach. Excellent value for money.

Great location, amazing breakfast, 24-hour reception service. But it's best not to leave anything valuable in your room if they're cleaning it.

This Hotels staff members operate on zero class with absolute invisible warmth and no kindness. I felt like an absolute burden asking simple questions. The hotel is in poor shape. Beds aren’t covered with comforters, bathrooms are leaky and without hot water, dirty floors and chairs, and breakfast is abysmal. For the price, I expected better. The neighborhood is also extremely unsafe. Take your money elsewhere.

The reception staff were dishonest; they took advantage of my flight cancellation to increase the price of the same room by more than 50%. The bed in the room was terrible. The mattress had a sag, making it difficult to sleep. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its strategic location. If I had had a better experience with the staff during my emergency, I would have given them a higher rating.

It's a hotel that was once good, but now it's very run down. The beds are sagging, and the furniture is old. The reception staff is very unfriendly; they're all old and won't even look at you. The breakfast is quite good, with a good variety of tasty options, and the location is good too.

Good value for money. The location is a 10, right between Copacabana and Ipanema.

The breakfast isn't amazing, but it's fine and does the job. The location is unbeatable. 800 meters from the metro. Right next to Arpoador. The rooms are super nice and functional. The cleanliness is excellent. I would return.
