Concepción Pride (Marcha del Orgullo LGBTIQ+)

Concepcion holds one of Chile's regional pride marches, usually in late June. In 2026 it left the Tribunales de Justicia in the city center at 1pm on Saturday, June 27, followed by a show with local musicians, dancers and performers organized by Mesa Diversa Conce. In 2025 the Mesa Diversa del Gran Concepcion moved the march to July 5 to avoid clashing with primary elections, and in 2024 the Biobio branch of Movilh called it at Plaza Peru. Local press describes turnout in the hundreds. Recent demands have centered on reforming Chile's anti-discrimination law, the Ley Zamudio. The 2027 date hadn't been announced when we checked.
