It's very well located, on a main road. However, if you request a room facing the road, it can be quite noisy to sleep in. I asked to be moved to a room at the back, and it was very quiet. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant, and the food is very good.
I recommend it to visiting friends.
The rooms are good.
Excellent hotel and very good service ☺️
During my brief stay, I felt the hotel was a bit pricey for the nightly rate, which was $120,000 COP the last time I visited. However, the bed was comfortable, there was a TV with satellite, and the bathroom was comfortable with everything I needed. The only issue was that the air conditioner leaked water. The breakfast service needs improvement; the staff could be friendlier. While they weren't rude, they lacked the warmth we're used to, at least here in the Valley. Breakfast is typical of hotels. The room was clean and quiet.
