Hotel Torre Primavera
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent value for money, good location, and friendly service, with some noting they were treated well even during renovations. Too much noise in the area at night, it's impossible to get a good night's sleep.
Despite the fact that we stayed during renovations, we were treated very well, and it also has a central location.
The rooms have no air conditioning and are poorly cleaned; the TV remotes are broken and damaged. I requested that the room be cleaned each of the three days I was there, and they never even came to change the towels.
Excellent place if you come to Medellin. Highly recommended; the service and quality are far superior.
It looked clean, but it's incredibly hot; it needs air conditioning, there's only a fan. The staff is friendly. For a suite, it didn't have a living room, nothing premium, no spacious bathroom, no bar, no coffee maker, and no bathrobes—in short, a regular room called a suite.
This hotel is a disaster. There's constant construction noise throughout, the room wasn't soundproofed, and the receptionist listens to music all day long—I can hear it from my room on the 5th floor (even now, as I'm writing this review). It wouldn't occur to them to respect their guests and keep the noise down. There was no hot water for the shower, and the mattress was rock hard. The only positive thing about it is the location.
