El Poblado — the scene's center
El Poblado is an upscale neighborhood in the city's southeast. It's become the center for both expats and the LGBTQ+ scene. The area packs a lot of restaurants, bars, cafes, and hotels into a small footprint. The streets around Parque El Poblado and Provenza have the most places.
