Medellín's cruising scene is small but real, and it happens almost entirely indoors. The two dedicated cruise venues are Vachu Bar, an interactive gay/bi cruise bar in Laureles with private cabins, a leather swing and fetish nights, and Sillón Rojo Club, a men-only erotic bar on Av. 33 in Laureles with a dark room and video areas.

Safety: Colombia protects LGBTQ+ people in law, but attitudes vary in public and app-based robbery and drink-spiking are documented risks in Medellín. Keep displays of affection low-key on the street, use rideshare door-to-door at night, and never leave drinks unattended.
