Medellín's cruising scene is smaller than Bogotá's or Brazil's, but it's there. Saunas and a few sex clubs are where most of the action happens. Outdoor spots exist, but they're more hit-or-miss and come with their own safety concerns.
Indoor spots
El Poblado has the main indoor options: the sauna circuit and a few places with dedicated cruising setups. They're well-run, cheap, and easy to get to by Uber. The setup is standard Colombian: sauna facilities plus dark rooms and private areas. Entry doesn't cost much.
Some of El Poblado's late-night bars turn into informal meeting points in the early hours of weekend mornings. But that's more about general nightlife than dedicated cruising.
Parque de los Pies Descalzos and nearby
Some parks and public spaces in Medellín have informal cruising. These aren't as established as similar areas in Bogotá or São Paulo. The same outdoor precautions apply: no valuables, stay aware, and remember that outdoor cruising in a Colombian city isn't risk-free, even in a city that's come as far as Medellín has.

Practical notes
Indoor venues: follow house rules. No phones in play areas is standard, and condoms are available. Medellín's warm evenings mean a nice walk from Uber to venue, unlike Bogotá's cold nights.
