Medellín Pride – Festival Antioquia Vive Diversa 2026
About This Event
Medellín’s Festival Antioquia Vive Diversa runs for a month, all about LGBTQ+ rights. It wraps up with the Medellín Pride parade on the last weekend of June. The whole city feels different, full of color and music, and crowds show up to march for visibility and equality.
Expect a big parade: loud music, costumes that really stand out, and a general party vibe. There are circuit parties too, and cultural events and exhibits across the city. Industry Club Medellín usually hosts a circuit weekend. Then there are plenty of after-parties at the city's best gay clubs.
The main parade is typically on Pride Sunday. People gather from 8 AM to 2 PM, then the march starts, ending with a final gathering until 11 PM. You'll get good views on Avenida Oriental near La Alpujarra, or from Calle San Juan all the way to Parque de las Luces. El Poblado is the main gay area; it's where you'll find most of the action, with bars, clubs, and restaurants.
