Tambo Real Titikaka

It deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you Berta for making us feel at home. Three of us arrived without a reservation at 10 pm, and Berta opened the door and found us accommodations with no problem. The room was comfortable, and finally a hot shower. The next morning we had a tour booked, and she went out of her way to make us breakfast in less than 10 minutes. She even let us shelter from the rain for a couple of hours even though we had checked out. The service was the best here in Peru.

I 100% recommend this hotel, run by its owner, Berha, an excellent host and best of all, a local! The rooms are spotless, as is the bathroom, the breakfast service is good, and the location is great. I had a wonderful stay here. An amazing find. 10 out of 10.

A simple but very well-maintained hotel in a quiet, excellent location. Hot water and heating in the room. Very friendly staff; we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

A very pleasant stay! Excellent value for money! We found things we struggled to find in other accommodations on our trip to Peru: cleanliness, well-functioning hot water, and even heating! Mrs. Bertha welcomed us: kind, helpful, and friendly! She also helped us, at our request, by calling us a taxi upon departure. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I highly recommend this property!

Best hotel of our entire trip to Peru (yes, we were cold in the previous places, and the water wasn't always hot). A warm welcome from our host Bertha, a room exactly as pictured, with heating, spacious, and a large bathroom with hot water (very hot, even a pleasure for me lol - adjustable, of course, depending on the temperature for those who prefer it cooler). Peruvian breakfast with jam, cheese, and eggs. Excellent Wi-Fi!!! Close to the main attractions of Puno. Seriously, go without hesitation; the service is impeccable.
